  The ERC provision is a fully refundable payroll tax credit paid to employers who EITHER saw a reduction in revenue or had operations suspended (partial or full), due to a government mandate. 

For 2020, this can mean a maximum of $5,000 per employee. 

For 2021, this can mean a maximum of $21,000 per employee.
